Role Overview

As a Life Skills Educator, you will play a crucial role in equipping students with practical skills for everyday success. You will foster emotional intelligence, ethical awareness, and teamwork through engaging and experiential learning sessions. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about shaping young minds and instilling values that create responsible and empowered citizens.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct interactive and engaging sessions on life skills, leadership, and ethical awareness.
  • Foster students’ emotional and social development through structured activities.
  • Teach moral values, teamwork, and decision-making through experiential learning.
  • Conduct workshops, activities, and organize clubs within schools
  • Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with Nirmaan’s curriculum.
  • Collaborate with school staff to support holistic student growth.
  • Track student progress and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and guide students to become responsible and empowered citizens.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages personal development.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (any field)
  • 1-4 years of experience in teaching, training, or youth mentoring.
  • Strong passion for character-building and holistic student development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students in an engaging manner.
  • Adaptability to different learning styles and classroom dynamics.

Note

  • This is a full time or Part time, WFO role in Bengaluru
  • This role requires Educator to travel to schools
  • Compensation will be ₹35,000 to ₹60,000 for a full-time role, depending on your ability to handle responsibilities.
  • Additional perks, including travel allowance, will be provided.
