- Conduct interactive and engaging sessions on life skills, leadership, and ethical awareness.
- Foster students’ emotional and social development through structured activities.
- Teach moral values, teamwork, and decision-making through experiential learning.
- Conduct workshops, activities, and organize clubs within schools
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with Nirmaan’s curriculum.
- Collaborate with school staff to support holistic student growth.
- Track student progress and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide students to become responsible and empowered citizens.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages personal development.
- Bachelor’s degree (any field)
- 1-4 years of experience in teaching, training, or youth mentoring.
- Strong passion for character-building and holistic student development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students in an engaging manner.
- Adaptability to different learning styles and classroom dynamics.
- This is a full time or Part time, WFO role in Bengaluru
- This role requires Educator to travel to schools
- Compensation will be ₹35,000 to ₹60,000 for a full-time role, depending on your ability to handle responsibilities.
