Role Overview

Are you a UPSC aspirant who has cleared Prelims but is looking for a meaningful career? Do you want to contribute to nation-building but struggle to adjust to the corporate world? This role is designed for individuals like you—passionate about making an impact, shaping young minds, and fostering leadership in the next generation of changemakers.
As a Life Skills & Leadership Educator, you will play a key role in equipping students with essential skills such as ethical decision-making, leadership, teamwork, and civic responsibility. You will inspire students to think critically, act responsibly, and contribute to society meaningfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct interactive and engaging sessions on life skills, leadership, and ethical awareness.
  • Foster students’ emotional and social development through structured activities.
  • Teach moral values, teamwork, and decision-making through experiential learning.
  • Conduct workshops, activities, and organize clubs within schools
  • Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with Nirmaan’s curriculum.
  • Collaborate with school staff to support holistic student growth.
  • Mentor and guide students to become responsible and empowered citizens.
  • Track student progress and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages personal development.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must have cleared UPSC Prelims (any year).
  • Strong passion for education, leadership, and social impact.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to inspire and engage young minds.
  • Adaptability to different learning styles and classroom dynamics.
  • Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or training is a plus but not mandatory.

Note

  • This is a full time or Part time , WFO role in Bengaluru
  • This role requires Educator to travel to schools
  • Compensation will be ₹35,000 to ₹60,000 for a full-time role, depending on your ability to handle responsibilities.
  • Additional perks, including travel allowance, will be provided.
