Role Overview

Do you believe that true learning happens beyond textbooks? Are you passionate about shaping young minds through arts, music, dance, drama, or sports? As a Passion Development Trainer, you will inspire students to explore and develop their creative and athletic potential, helping them build confidence, discipline, and a lifelong love for extracurricular activities.
This role is perfect for individuals who are deeply invested in fostering talent and believe in the power of extracurricular activities in shaping well-rounded individuals.

What are we looking for ?

  • An expert in any passion area (Arts, Sports, Performance, etc.)
  • Someone who can transfer their passion to students
  • Good communication skills (enough to engage students and keep them motivated)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging and interactive sessions in dance, music, arts, drama, or sports.
  • Help students develop skills, discipline, and a growth mindset in their chosen activity.
  • Create a fun, safe, and encouraging learning environment that nurtures creativity and teamwork.
  • Mentor and guide students to explore their passion and build confidence.
  • Design and implement structured lesson plans aligned with Nirmaan’s curriculum.
  • Organize performances, competitions, and showcases to highlight student talent.
  • Collaborate with school staff to integrate extracurricular activities into holistic student development.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience in teaching, coaching, or performing in dance, music, arts, drama, or sports.
  • Passion for mentoring and inspiring students through extracurricular activities.
  • Strong communication and engagement skills to create an interactive learning experience.
  • Ability to adapt to different student learning styles and skill levels.
  • Prior experience in organizing school events, competitions, or training camps is a plus.

  • This is a full time or Part time, WFO role in Bengaluru
  • This role requires Educator to travel to schools
  • Compensation will be ₹30,000 to ₹60,000 for a Full time role, depending on your ability to handle responsibilities.
  • Additional perks, including travel allowance, will be provided.
